Monument

The Aztecs , Incas, and Mayans too
left their Pyramids. if history is true.
The cave Dwellers left their caves
in which they lived and used for graves.
The mound builders left their mounds
as their monuments on hallowed grounds.
On Easter Island they carved stone faces
and moved them to their sacred places.
All monuments of Mystery
that everyone would like to see.
Monuments that pose no threat
to man or the environment.
Now another one is in the plan
a definite threat to earth and man.
One that none would care to see
one that will outlast history.
Cause now it seems they need a place
for man to dump more filth and waste.
Then after mans time on earth is spent
there would remain Campo's monument
