Light to Dark
Light to dark, who took the spark~
Who called to flame, upon Yawehs' name,
The light to flee, and darkness be?
Only one without shame,
Who challenged his Master~Seeking Mans Fame!
Evolution to Pollution,
Do you know what you breath?
While upon "Gods" name They swear no shame...
"Will cause you no harm...
Will cause you no pain!"
Famous last words of the criminally insane!
But, even they knew his name,
As they hid it from the main...
Erased it and replaced it
with a word containing no grace,
Yet, Never destroying the halo
that gently surrounds His face!
Their Politics soon becoming a menace
to the entire human race!
And now the turtle's prayer is evidence somewhere,
Because an 'officer' saw it profane...
10 Commandments must be taken down,
Though the law of the land stand on the very same ground...
It just shouldn't have mentioned His name?
And "in God we Trust" is the reason we use
To make money the master of our abuse~
'Tis the root of all evil, so who's "God" is this devil?

Written after the removal of 10 Commandments statue in the Alabama State Court House and seizure of Turtle Pipe Medicine Bundle in Arkansas. Both States claim great religious background, and are among the larger of the Bible Belt States.
